We give to the Jewish Community Foundation because of dor l’dor, generation to generation, which is always on our mind. We want to help ensure a vibrant Jewish life for our children and grandchildren. The Hartford Jewish community and Emanuel Synagogue have been the cornerstone anchor in our lives for over 40 years. Two of our three children went to Solomon Schechter Day School. We believe in tikkun olam and hope that our children will continue to honor this value of ours.

We have benefited from those who came before us and hope to continue this through our legacy gifts.
